Catching up on my reading list I just finished SPRINT(https://www.thesprintbook.com/), by Jake Knapp.

I had come across some of the book’s concepts during my UI course, but it was so much richer getting to know all the steps, insights, examples, and backstories contained in it.

What is nice is that even if you are not doing a full Sprint, you can still apply parts of it on daily challenges, to help move a project forward, reach a decision, or just make a discussion more focussed and time-bounded.

And some of its insights can also be applied if you are working solo, which is a valuable asset when working on freelancing projects

I can’t wait to try out and apply all these Sprint techniques for future projects.
