• Through data analysis (GA), designed an experiment that lowered the error rate on the main landing page input form by 32%, generating 11% more conversions. This new component was later rolled-out to all other concepts of the company.
• Based on findings from GA and usability insights, redesigned the form flow of one of the company’s concepts, increasing the conversion rate by 90%.
• Worked directly with a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, marketing specialists, and sales strategists, to design, maintain and improve over 15 websites.
• Conducted user and market research to define problems and translate user needs into useful insights, user journeys, and improved functionalities.
• Analyzed data to identify problems and opportunities, hypothesising improvement possibilities, designing solutions, and conducting A/B experiments to test them.
• Delivered clear user-centric solutions and clickable wireframe prototypes.
• Presented the designed work to the internal team and stakeholders, providing compelling and convincing arguments, and collecting feedback.
• Designed wireframes for usability tests and hypothesis validation, and high-fidelity responsive prototypes in Figma, liaising with front-end developers to ensure delivery of the final product.

Main roles involved handling the agencies’ clients, hiring and managing freelancers, overseeing suppliers, planning, and creative coordination.
• Coordinated the brand design and launch of Tag Livros, the largest book subscription club in Brazil, with over 50.000 active subscribers.

• Digital art project started during the 1st Covid-19 lockdown. Created over 40 art posters and sold them on Etsy, with over 4.500 views, and sales to people all over the world.

Responsibilities: managing clients’ accounts, overseeing budgets and communication strategies, coordinating the workflow with the teams inside the agency, controlling projects’ schedules and deadlines.
• Headed the agency’s team that created a contest aimed at empowering women at driving, helping some of them overcome their fear of driving, and changing a misogynistic public perception that women can’t drive.
• Supervised the agency team who created a virtual rally game that used Google Maps API, designed to enhance the online awareness of the client’s sponsorship of an off-road rally in Brazil’s northeastern region.

Main Project: handling Olympikus account, the biggest Brazilian sports shoe manufacturer. Responsibilities: organizing the flow of the chores inside the agency in coordination with other departments, overseeing the final ads’ diagramming and revision, writing reports, and controlling invoices.

Responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of the 5 sponsors of the Viajeaqui travel website, the first 100% digital project from Abril, which was at the time mainly a print company.
